Livingston

Down the Rio Dulce from Fronteras is the town of Livingston. A former British colony on the Caribbean, it's still only accessible by boat, though it's actually on the mainland. In peaceful isolation, it's an exotic blend of Mayan, Spanish, British, Caribe and Garifuna cultures.
