I had several possible images I thought would work in the square format of a CD cover. After struggling with it for a while I arrived at the image above, which I really liked. Here is the original:

 

 

 

You’ll notice I removed some people, moved others around, and adjusted the color. The problem I encountered was that, though I loved the final image on its own, it didn’t work so well in the layout. It didn’t have any punch, just looked flat. If I tried to punch it up with bolder type effects the image just got overpowered.

 

Though this image may be my favorite, and perhaps comes closest to the look I was trying to achieve, sadly, I had to toss this one aside.
